concepts about Motivation and Adult Learners, in which we can learn how
different adults and youth are about the way they learn and the way we can
teach them or motivate them since they have different goals and perspectives in
life.
We can see how adults are more independent and self-directed students and we understand how their fears affect them in the accomplishments of their goals.

As teachers or future teachers who want
not only guide and teach our students but impact their lives, we must know that
motivation is the clue to have happy, enthusiastic, committed and fearless
students in our classrooms.
Motivation makes the difference between capable students and frustrated ones.
We need to know that our students are different, youth students need direction and prepared information to guide their education; adult learners need to know where they go and how to apply the knowledge they choose to succeed in life. We have to be the one who show them how to do it.
